A one and the same person affidavit UAE offices ask for is a sworn statement that two spellings or two forms of a name belong to you. You sign it before a notary public, who checks your ID and seals it.

Bring your originals to our office. The notary public checks each signer's original ID, reads the document, watches you sign and applies the seal.
