Fast Track Notary Services in the UAE
Choose us for fast track notary services in the UAE. You get a notary public in person, at your home or office, or online, and we move your document ahead as soon as the papers are complete.
We have in-house, in person notary public services, online notary public services and home visit private notary services. We do not promise a set time, because the signers, the document and the receiving office decide how long it takes.
In short
- Price: urgent handling add-on from AED 250, on top of the service price. Government fees are paid on top at cost.
- Who signs: every person named in the document, in front of the notary.
- What to bring: original Emirates ID or passport of each signer, and the document or the facts.
- Where: in person, at home or office, or online.
- Next step: message us the document type and "urgent" on WhatsApp.
Three ways to get it notarised
In person with our in-house notary public
Sign at the notary's desk. There is no trip fee. We prepare and check the document first, so the signing is short.
Home or office visit
The notary public comes to you. Price on request, plus the Dubai private notary government fee of AED 1,000 per trip outside the place of work.
Online
UAE law lets a notary use IT tools in place of personal appearance (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022, Article 18). Remote notarisation runs through the official UAE channels. See our e-notary guide.
What we do when you say it is urgent
- WhatsApp and online requests are answered 24/7. Send the document type and say it is urgent.
- We check the papers first. A missing ID or a wrong name costs more time than any queue.
- We draft or correct the document before you sign.
- We order the Arabic version if the document needs one. The notary works with an Arabic version beside the English one (Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013, Article 27).
- We take care of the next step, for example the MOFAIC attestation, so you do not repeat it.
Step by step
What you can do to save time
1
Send clear photos of every ID before the signing.
2
Check names against the passport. One different letter can stop a notary.
3
Tell us who signs and who is abroad. An owner abroad can use the online route.
4
Tell us where the document goes next. The receiving office decides which steps are needed.
5
Be ready to pay. We confirm the final price before you pay.

Mistakes to avoid
What can slow a document down
- A signer without an original ID. The notary checks each signer's original ID.
- A document the notary must decline. Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013, Article 24, lists grounds on which a notary must decline. We tell you the reason and what to change.
- A matter outside the notary's powers. Article 21 lists what a Dubai notary may not attest, for example instruments that transfer real property.
- The next office. MOFAIC publishes its own times. For digital attestation of UAE-issued documents it states within 2 hours in official working hours. Courier-based attestation is 1 to 3 business days inside the UAE. These are MOFAIC's times, not ours.
