Step by step
How drafting works
1
You tell us the facts: who the parties are, what they agree, the amounts and the dates.
2
We write a first draft in plain English, with the Arabic text.
3
You read it and tell us what to change.
4
We check names, signers and attachments against the IDs and licences.
5
The signers sign before the notary public.
We write from your facts. We do not invent terms you did not agree.

What drafting does not cover
Court representation is reserved to licensed lawyers (Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2022, Article 6, which also lets a spouse or a close relative appear). We do not appear for you in court. For a claim, a dispute or advice on your rights, speak to a lawyer.
The Ministry of Justice also offers an online service for writing and authenticating contracts and deeds, such as sale contracts, signed with UAE PASS. Ask us if it fits.
Why a draft gets sent back
A notary expects a document that is complete and consistent. These are the usual reasons for delay:
- A name that differs from the ID or trade licence.
- A signer who has no authority for the company.
- Blanks or handwritten changes.
- An English draft with no Arabic text (Dubai Law No. 4 of 2013, Article 27).
- Parties who have not all seen the final wording.
Having us draft first removes most of these before you reach the notary.
