Turnover Declaration Letter FTA UAE: What It Is

A turnover declaration is a written statement in the first person: "I declare that the turnover of the business for this period was...". The notary public does not audit the figures. The notary checks each signer's original ID, reads the document, watches you sign and applies the seal.

The person or body that asks for the letter decides the wording and the period it must cover. Ask for their requirements first, then tell us. We draft the letter around what they asked for.

That also means the figures are your responsibility. State only numbers you can support from your own records.

Our page on a declaration letter in the UAE shows how declarations before a notary work in general. A related one is a declaration of monthly income.

Three Ways to Get It Notarised

In person

You sign before our in-house notary public.

Home, hospital or office visit

The notary public comes to you, anywhere in Dubai. A visit is quoted on request.

Online

Online notary public services run through the official UAE channels: the Ministry of Justice E-Notary System or Dubai Courts remote signing. We are not those systems. We tell you whether your letter can go that way.

Notary public online, in person or home visit: you choose, and we confirm what suits your letter.

What is an authorization letter?

An authorization letter lets another person act for you in a named task. For tax paperwork, see power of attorney for tax matters.

Does the notary check my turnover figures?

No. The notary public checks who you are and that you sign willingly. The figures stay your responsibility, so state only numbers you can support from your records.

Can the letter be signed online?
