Mobile Notary Services in Dubai: We Come to You

Our mobile private notary Dubai service brings the notary public to you: at home, at your office, in a hotel room or at a hospital bedside. We have in-house, in person notary public services, online notary public services and home visit private notary services.

We draft your document and check it before the visit. The notary public checks each signer's original ID, reads the document, watches you sign and applies the seal. Choose us for fast track notary services in the UAE.

Private notary services

Visits

The notary comes to the signer: at home, at work, in a hotel room or at a hospital bedside.

In short

  • Price: visit quote on request, plus the Dubai private notary government fee of AED 1,000 per trip outside the place of work.
  • Who signs: every person named in the document, in front of the notary.
  • What to bring: the original Emirates ID or passport of each signer.
  • Where: homes, offices, hotels and hospitals in all areas of Dubai.
  • Next step: send us the document type, the signers' names and the address on WhatsApp.

Three ways to get it notarised

In person with our in-house notary public

If you can travel, sign at the notary's desk. There is no trip fee. We prepare the document first so the signing is short.

Home, office, hotel or hospital visit

The notary public comes to the signer. A visit suits parents with a newborn, elderly relatives, busy sponsors, visiting family and patients. The notary follows the same rules as at the office. See notary at home in Dubai and hospital notary service in Dubai.

Online notary public

Federal law lets a notary use IT tools in place of personal appearance (Federal Decree-Law No. 20 of 2022, Article 18). Remote notarisation runs through the official UAE channels. See the e-notary guide.

Step by step

How a visit works

1

You message us with the document type, the names of everyone signing and the address.

2

We draft the document and send you a copy. You check every name and number.

3

We confirm the ID each signer will show: the original Emirates ID or passport.

4

The notary public visits

Each signer shows the original ID. The notary reads out the document, confirms each signer understands and agrees, then the signers sign and the notary seals it (Article 7). If a signer does not share the notary's language, an interpreter from the Ministry of Justice register is used (Article 8).

5

You receive the sealed document

If it goes abroad, we take care of the MOFAIC attestation.

Checklist

What to have ready

A visit is most often delayed by an ID left in the car or a signer who has gone out.

What to have ready

  • The original ID of every signer, not a copy or a photo on a phone.
  • Reading glasses, if a signer uses them.
  • A table with space to sign, and good light.
  • Any paper the document names, for example a tenancy contract for a declaration of residency.
  • Someone to meet the notary at the building entrance, if access needs a pass.
  • For a hospital visit, the ward's agreement in advance.

The AED 1,000 trip fee comes from the Dubai Courts decision on private notary fees. Under the federal schedule, a notary acting outside the office for a person too ill to appear is AED 200 per application, and in approved emergencies AED 100 (items 16 and 17). Which schedule applies depends on the notary. See the notary fees.

All service prices are starting prices and are negotiable. Government fees are paid on top, at cost, exactly as the authority charges them. We confirm your final price before you pay.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Are mobile notary services legal in Dubai?

Yes. A notary can carry out a notarial act outside the office, and the fee schedules include a specific charge for it. The notary makes the same identity, capacity and consent checks as at the office.

Is a mobile notary more expensive than going to an office?

Yes, because of the trip. A Dubai private notary charges AED 1,000 per trip outside the place of work.

Can several people sign in one visit?

Yes, if they are all at the same address with their original ID.

Can you come outside Dubai?

Send us the location and we confirm what is possible. For Abu Dhabi families, see private notary services in Abu Dhabi.

What if the signer changes their mind at the visit?

Then the notary does not seal the document. Consent must be given freely at the moment of signing. If anyone is unsure, tell us before the visit.
