If the office gave you its own form, use that. This is your own statement, not a letter from an employer or a government body. The receiving authority decides what it accepts; check its list first. Questions ## Frequently asked questions ### Is a declaration of unemployment UAE offices accept the same as a government certificate? No. It is your own signed statement. The office that asked for it tells you whether it wants a declaration or a paper from an authority. ### Can I sign it without a notary public? You can write it, but the notary public is the one who checks your ID and seals it. Without that, the office has no proof of who signed. ### Is there an unemployment certificate Dubai PDF I can download? There is no file to download.
