## What to send in your first message

The more of this you send, the faster we can give you a firm price and time.

For example a child travel consent, an NOC, an affidavit of support or a declaration of residency. If you are not sure, send a photo of the request letter or email you received.

Names as printed in their passports, and how many people will sign.

At our Jebel Ali office, at home, in hospital, at your office, at a hotel, or online.

The date of the flight, the appointment or the deadline.

In the UAE, or in another country. This tells us whether attestation follows.

Please do not send full copies of passports or Emirates IDs until we ask for them. The first message only needs the details above.

## WhatsApp or email?

**WhatsApp** is quickest for simple questions and for sending a photo of a request letter.

**Email** is better for longer documents, for drafts you want to review, and when you want the quote in writing for your records.
